• Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, chart data, order book information, and price quotes may occasionally contain errors or lag behind actual market conditions
• Session Timeouts: Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity—if you are placing an order when your session expires, the order may fail

We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data errors, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

While we implement multiple security measures, you are ultimately responsible for protecting your account:

Enabling two-factor authentication, using strong passwords, and logging out from shared devices are your responsibility. We cannot reverse trades executed from compromised accounts unless fraud is conclusively proven.

RDGH Capital operates without a formal regulatory framework or legal entity structure at this time. This introduces several risks:

• No Regulatory Oversight: The platform is not currently supervised by financial regulators such as the SEC or equivalent authorities
• No Investor Protections: Unlike regulated securities exchanges, there are no government-backed investor protection schemes or insurance for your holdings
